WF Electrical's customers have given its new catalogue, "The yes book", a resounding thumbs up.

WF Electrical's customers have given its new catalogue, "The yes book", a resounding thumbs up A recent survey revealed that electricians, contractors, electrical engineers and buyers alike welcomed the fact that the catalogue is quick and easy to use, contains details of virtually all their day to day product needs and is illustrated with hundreds of quality images throughout

When asked what he thought of "The yes book", Paul Byrne of Spridgen, Brown and Co in Milton Keynes commented: "It's quality and I'm really chuffed with it".

"The pictures are excellent and it contains all the products of all the different makes that I ever need to use".

By embracing both WF's Alto brand and the most popular products from other leading manufacturers, "The yes book" provides customers with the only catalogue they should ever need for their routine work.

John Jones of London based, McMillan and Co is also impressed with the new catalogue: "It's highly informative and easier to use than any other catalogue I have used", he enthused.

"The indexing is really helpful because it's so quick and clear".

"The yes book" features a unique reference source that is straightforward to use.

There are indices by product type, manufacturers' and Alto list numbers as well as individual chapter headings and a pictorial contents page.

Hundreds of illustrations in "The yes book" facilitate the order process.

A clever touch designed to aid selection includes listing certain products more than once so they are featured where they are most likely to be sought - as for example back boxes with socket outlets.

"We have designed 'The yes book' to eliminate the tedious business of wading through product catalogues", stated Martin Whitby of WF Electrical.

"By putting ourselves in customers' shoes we were able to produce this single source catalogue, which offers a quick and easy product locator and order facility".

"The yes book" is the culmination of attention to customer need that transcends anything yet seen in the electrical industry and will rapidly become the industry standard.

"We've got copies of this out on site and it's providing the sparks with quick solutions".

"Its title is apt", concluded contractor, Paul Barwick of 21st Century.
