The MOSA TS300-RW is rated 300A at 60% duty cycle with a safety critical 110V CTE 4kVA ac auxiliary output for running power tools and other ancillary equipment.

Wilkinson Starhas launched the Mosa TS300-RW diesel powered welder generator This generator, which has been specifically modified to meet the requirements of Carillion Rail with Network Rail approval, is rated 300A at 60% duty cycle with a safety critical 110V CTE 4kVA AC auxiliary output for running power tools and other ancillary equipment

Features of this generator include use with a separate heavy -duty 300A wire feed unit for outdoor MIG/MAG welding, a 20m TC2-RW umbilical remote control and emergency stop button, infinitely adjustable electronic stepless welding current control whilst a Ruggerini RD210 twin cylinder air cooled diesel engine with 12V electric starting and operating at 3000 revs/min supplies the power.

The 23 litre fuel tank capacity produces an engine running time of nine hours at 60% load.

Auto idle extends the engine life by automatic reducing the engine speed after 20 seconds.

The TS300-RW meets EC engine noise compliance regulations and the dc output produces smooth high-quality welding characteristics, when using most welding electrodes including cellulose.

Options include heavy-duty 10m x 50mm2 welding cables with Dinse plug and socket connectors, an inline digital welding amp and volt meter, whilst the PAR600-RW parallel welding control box allows two welder generators to be connected together for heavier duty welding.

Fixed handles and wheels provide easy mobility and the equipment livery is yellow and black for clear trackside recognition.
