The new Windmill Remote software lets users monitor conditions at a distance, and view live data over the internet.

It is especially useful for hazardous environments.

Designed to incorporate GPS measurements, it is also ideal for mobile systems where location needs to be logged.

The software can monitor a wide range of parameters, including temperature, pressure, strain, humidity and acceleration.

It can log data continuously, or only when a specific event occurs.

Both live and historic data are made available through users' web browsers.

Windmill Remote can monitor conditions at several locations or stations.

With proper permissions, administrators can control the monitoring stations: setting different parameters to be logged, new update intervals, fresh alarm settings, different telephone numbers to be dialled to alert people to alarms, and so on.

Data is saved in a series of files which can be imported into Excel, or other Windows applications.
