A nifty and extremely handy widget featured in the new 500 page Wixroyd standard parts catalogue is their self-locking Clamping Pin with span compensation To look at, it is small and unassuming, but with the power to tightly clamp together two thin walled parts with a clamping force of up to 23 Newton's, it is a force to be reckoned with! This new Wixroyd Clamping Pin is very easy to operate; press knob down to unlock and position; release knob to lock and clamp

The pin and spring parts are made of top quality stainless steel and the ergonomically designed handle of plastic (PA6).

It has a clamping compensation of up to 5mm and can withstand temperatures ranging from -30C to +80C, making it ideal for welding work as well as many other applications.
