For use on conveyors, belt rollers, shock cushioners or designed into machine and assembly operations - Wixroyd's new range of rollers have literally thousands of useful applications and are ideal anywhere you need part movement and protection.

Wixroyd rollers are made from either, solid or sponge black neoprene, white nitrile, urethane or Durasoft material.

The white urethane rollers are more rugged and wear resistant than conventional rollers.

They are heavy duty and resistant to harsh industrial environments and are ideal for use in press shops, cardboard paper and sheet metal manufacturing areas.

Their long lasting capacity makes them a popular choice in postal handling and other metal product assembly operations.

The higher tensile strength of urethane makes them cut resistant.

They can also be used as leading rollers on assembly or conveyor lines.

Wixroyd's non-marring white rollers are ideal for applications where part protection -and appearance is a concern.

Wixroyd Durasoft rollers are moulded from a special elastomer with low durometer characteristics and high physical properties -Ideal for applications that require a gentle but firm touch.

Wixroyd's mini rollers are only 1.5in diameter and are extremely useful for applications where extra space or clearance is needed.

All styles are available in different sizes and diameters, with four different mountings.

The range also includes Bumpers.

Round, rectangular or square they are made of neoprene or urethane and are available in various durometers.

Custom cut bumpers are also available.
