Rapid workpiece change over is another benefit - simply rotate the clamp arm away from the component and workpieces can be easily removed.
Repeated accuracy of the clamping position is achieved by using positioning rings Nos.1260.W350 and its integral stop.
Wixroyd's Down Thrust Clamp can also be used in T-slots or directly mounted by means of the threaded stud.
Individual clamps have a height adjustment of 50mm min.
to 135mm max.
With the addition of Wixroyd height adjusting cylinders Nos.1260.W125-W167 or by using spacer discs, together with Supporting Elements Nos.1260.w240 extreme overall clamping heights can be achieved.
Alternatively the clamping height can be reduced using Wixroyd self-aligning pads.
