Wilde FEA is to host a free seminar on 23rd March in Coventry focusing on the latest AI Environment and Icem-CFD meshing tools for FEA and CFD applications.

The theme of the seminar will be "Preprocessing productivity", with highlights including: effective healing of poor geometry, detail simplification and powerful midplane extraction with direct CAD interfaces; patch independent meshing technology for fast, high quality tetrahedral and hexahedral grids on complex 3D geometry models; solver independent morphing of legacy mesh data for rapid design modifications and shape optimisation without returning to CAD or when geometry is not available; Icem-CFD - the world's most highly used software specialising in grid generation for CFD applications; and easy-to-use automatic hex-dominant meshing capabilities, parametrically linked to 3D models for upfront CAD integrated analysis.

The seminar will appeal to anybody currently running Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys, Fluent, Star-CD, LS-Dyna, Diana or other numerical solver (including in-house codes), looking to reduce the time spent creating, modifying and fixing geometry and meshes.
