Hiwin's MG series of miniature linear guides enable high-tech industries to downsize their products and benefit from improved levels of performance and competitiveness.

Available from WMH Transmissions, Hiwin's MG series of miniature linear guides enable high-tech industries to downsize their products and benefit from improved levels of performance and competitiveness.

The MG Series guides are small and lightweight, and constructed from 402D stainless steel, making them invaluable for use in environments where improved corrosion resistance will be an advantage.

The guides incorporate a gothic arch contact design which can sustain loads in all directions with the characteristics of high rigidity and high accuracy, also the latest mechanical design, materials, sealing and lubrication technologies are used to achieve exceptional levels of smooth precision, and low noise performance.

The MG design also incorporates end and bottom seals as a standard feature offering high resistance to dust ingress.

These guides can be classified into three accuracy standards: precision (P), high (H) and normal (C), and three levels of preload are available: light preload (Z1), very light preload (Z0) and light clearance (ZF) They are available in four rail sizes - 7, 9, 12 and 15 - and in two widths - normal and wide.

Maximum single rail lengths for the guides range from 600 to 1000mm and maximum dynamic load capacities from 980 to 8900N.
