Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Aug 2, 2001

JW Winco has introduced a line of inch and metric size lock-out type Steel Indexing Plungers, available with or without a steel black oxide finish lock nut

JW Winco, a leading supplier of standard industrial machine components and assembly hardware, has introduced a line of inch and metric size lock-out type Steel Indexing Plungers.

The indexing plungers have a threaded steel body with a plunger pin of hardened and ground steel and a non-removable knob of glass fiber reinforced nylon plastic in matte black.

They're available with or without a steel black oxide finish lock nut.

The indexing plungers are used for applications where the plunger is required to stay in a retracted position.

The plunger body's head is provided with a suitable notch in opposite positions to prevent it from accidentally slipping back to its forward position.

Offering North America's largest selection of metal and plastic hand operating and fastening components, JW Winco is a leading source for metric and inch standard parts for industry.

In January 2001, the company received ISO 9001: 2000 certification.

For more than two decades, JW Winco has been known for its high-quality, ergonomically-shaped and aesthetically-pleasing products, innovative and modern product designs, expert technical guidance, and fast, friendly, professional service.

UPS parcel shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico is free.

The company has the largest selection of inch and metric size adjustable levers, cabinet U-handles, revolving and retractable handles, handwheels, hand cranks, conveyor components, leveling mounts, hand knobs, spring, ball, and indexing plungers, jig, fixture and fastening components, toggle clamps, metric casters and wheels, and metric tools for the industrial and commercial equipment industries.
