New from JW Winco are plastic three-prong self-locking ball lock pins with clamping length compensation.

New from JW Winco are plastic three-prong self-locking ball lock pins with clamping length compensation.

The lock pins feature a nylon plastic grip handle with a heat tolerance up to 80C and a stainless-steel pin, ball, and spring.

These ball lock pins are used for rapid clamping and simultaneous play-free clamping of thin components, particularly where frequent clamping and releasing are required.

A typical application is the alignment and clamping of sheet metal during a welding process.

By depressing the spring-loaded pushbutton, the two balls are freed and by releasing the push button, the balls are locked.

Split rings with various lengths of chain are available to prevent loss or misplacement of the ball lock pin.
