JW Winco now offers plastic three-prong self-locking ball lock pins with stainless-steel components.

JW Winco now offers plastic three-prong self-locking ball lock pins with stainless-steel components.

These ball lock pins are used for rapid connecting and securing of components or work pieces.

A typical application is bearing shafts that have to be regularly mounted and unmounted.

By depressing the spring-loaded pushbutton, the two balls are freed and by releasing the pushbutton, the balls are locked.

Split rings with various lengths of chain are available to prevent loss or misplacement of the ball lock pin.

The ball lock pins feature a nylon plastic grip handle with a heat tolerance up to 80C and a stainless steel pin, ball and spring.
