Casters feature elastomer shock
absorbers
Blickle spring-loaded heavy duty swivel and fixed casters are now available with elastomer shock absorbers.
Blickle spring-loaded heavy duty swivel and fixed casters are now available with elastomer shock absorbers With solid-steel welded construction, the casters have a swivel bracket with a thrust ball bearing and tapered roller bearing in the swivel head, fitted with a grease nipple
The castor's rubber seals are dust- and splash-proof.
They have a welded central king pin, bolted and secured.
The swivel fork and spring hinge plate are designed for heavy use.
The caster mainly distributes the load over the wheel and hinge plate.
The spring tension of the elastomer shock absorbers can be calibrated to individual requirements and altered by adjusting a bolt.
The wheels, which are either solid elastic rubber or Blickle Extrathane, offer low rolling resistance.
The wheel centre is die-cast aluminium and corrosion resistant.
