JW Winco has a new range of inch and metric size lockout-type steel cam action indexing plungers.
JW Winco has a new range of inch and metric size lockout-type steel cam action indexing plungers.
With a steel, black oxide finish body, the plunger pin is steel nitride.
The jam nut is steel with a black oxide finish, and the plastic sleeve is matte black glass fibre reinforced nylon plastic, not removable.
These cam action indexing plungers are best used when the pin needle is retracted.
A groove is on the plunger so it can be held in both positions.
The plastic ribbed sleeve is aesthetically pleasing and has a comfortable finger grip, while the nylon plastic sleeve has a maximum heat resistance of 110C.
