JW Winco has a range of of metric size Series K spherical plain bearings with and without outer rings.

The spherical bearing with outer ring is used in lower revolution applications, with dynamic loads, and in corrosive environments.

The outer ring is turned from solid stainless steel bar stock, European Standard 1.4305 (American Standard 303 series).

The insert is made from a special high-strength bronze (CuSn8) with PTFE liner bonded to the inner surface.

The ball is made of bearing steel (100Cr6), hardened, ground, polished, and hard chrome plated.

The bearing without outer ring is used in lower revolution applications that are under high pressure and have dynamic loads.

The insert is made of free-cutting steel (9SMnPb28K), zinc-plated with PTFE liner bonded to the inner service.

The ball is made of bearing steel (100Cr6), hardened, ground, and polished.

Both bearing versions are maintenance-free.
