Lock-out-type steel cam action indexing plungers are available in both inch and metric sizes.
JW Winco now supplies inch and metric size lock-out-type steel cam action indexing plungers.
With a steel, black oxide finish body, the plunger pin is steel nitride.
The jam nut is steel with a black oxide finish, while the plastic sleeve is matte black glass fibre reinforced nylon plastic, not removable.
These cam action indexing plungers are best used when the pin needle is retracted.
A groove is on the plunger so it can be held in both positions.
The plastic ribbed sleeve is aesthetically pleasing and has a comfortable finger grip, while the nylon plastic sleeve has a maximum heat resistance of 110C.
