Handles fold down to minimise protrusion

A JW Winco product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Dec 24, 2007

Folding steel and stainless steel handles are ideal for use in applications where minimal protrusion is required.

JW Winco now offers metric size steel and stainless steel folding handles.

For steel versions the handle assembly is made of steel with a chrome-plated finish, and the washers and hex nuts are zinc-plated blue passivated steel.

The stainless steel versions have handles of American Standard 303 series stainless steel, with 304 series stainless steel used for the washers and hex nuts.

Handles come in 100, 120 and 180mm lengths.

These folding handles are used in applications where minimal protrusion is required.

In both protruding and folded positions, a spring-loaded detent pin retains the handle.

Various metric size fasteners and kit packaging is available on request.
