Matthews moves up at Winder
Winder Electrical has appointed Paul Matthews as Sales and Technical Director.
Winder Electrical has appointed Paul Matthews as Sales and Technical Director Matthews will be responsible for generating sales for Winder as the company invests in manufacturing new products to target blue chip companies and the utilities markets, alongside its more traditional customers

Educated at Nottingham Trent Polytechnic, Matthews graduated with a degree in electrical and electronic engineering.
After a 14-month placement with Winder prior to his final year, the company sponsored Matthews for the remainder of his course.
He joined the company after graduation and has remained with them ever since, working his way up in the technical department and gaining extensive experience and knowledge, which he brings to his current position.
With his partner Joanne, he is a keen traveller and has visited many countries throughout the world.
Outside work, Matthews is a keen rugby player and plays for Barnsley in the Yorkshire 4 League.
He is an active member of the players committee and has participated in many fund-raising events.
