Jargon buster cuts through the ATEX jungle
ABB has published an "ATEX jargon buster" that helps motor users cut through the jungle of terms and definitions that make up the new ATEX Directives.
The conference will focus on the automotive industry with presentations from top national experts in rapid prototyping, tooling and manufacturing.
Industry consultant, analyst, and author Terry Wohlers, founder and president of Wohlers Associates, will serve as the keynote speaker of the conference.
This marks the fourth consecutive year for Wohlers to support the event and serve as keynote speaker.
"My continued involvement with the wonderful people of South Africa is a privilege", Wohlers said.

This year, Wohlers will also participate in a pre-conference management workshop on 4th November with Dr Deon de Beer of Technikon Free State in Bloemfontein.
The Rapid Product Development Association of South Africa (RAPDASA), a national group that represents important academic and industrial organisations, is sponsoring the international conference.
PE Technikon in Port Elizabeth, Technikon Free State, and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in Pretoria are organising the conference.
The Global Alliance of Rapid Prototyping Associations (GARPA) has endorsed it.
Nelson Mandela Bay, located at Port Elizabeth, is the gateway to the Eastern Cape and central to the popular Garden Route.
Nearby is the Addo Elephant National Park, a famous game reserve that is home to 300 elephants and other wild animals.
