Industry consultant, analyst and author Terry Wohlers will be keynote speaker at Central University of Technology's graduation ceremony on 8th May 2004 in Bloemfontein, South Africa.

Industry consultant, analyst, and author Terry Wohlers, founder and President of Wohlers Associates, will serve as the keynote speaker at Central University of Technology's graduation ceremony on 8th May 2004 in Bloemfontein, South Africa Wohlers will discuss wealth creation through manufacturing, the future of product development technology, and lessons learned during his 18 years of consulting

An estimated 2700 people will attend.

Wohlers was also selected to receive an honorary doctoral degree of mechanical engineering from the university.

Nelson Mandela, former President of South Africa and Nobel Peace Prise winner, received this honorary degree in 2002.

"This is an incredible honour that was totally unexpected," Wohlers remarked.

Wohlers focuses on technical, market, and business consulting as his core activity.

In the past, he has provided organisations of all types and sises advice on wide-ranging issues associated with prototyping and rapid product development.

He has made several trips to South Africa over the past few years.
