Visiting Stand G50 at the Safety and Health Expo 2003 will be the final opportunity to see the Wolf ATEX safety lamp range on exhibition, before the EC Directive 94/9/EC becomes a legal requirement.

Visiting Stand G50 at the Safety and Health Expo 2003 will be the final opportunity to see the Wolf ATEX safety lamp range on exhibition, before the EC Directive 94/9/EC becomes a legal requirement for hazardous area equipment on 1st July 2003 Wolf has been preparing for ATEX for five years, and now has a complete selection of newly certified portable lighting apparatus, more diverse than any other manufacturer

The Penlite, Litetrackers and hazard warning lamps were certified compliant and put into production in 1999.

The antistatic Wolflites were launched in the millennium year; in September last year the new ATEX torch was shown at Fire 2002, and ATEX certification of the Wolf intrinsically safe torch followed soon after.

New for Safety and Health Expo 2003 will be the Wolf ATEX Turbolite, the well-known air-powered - compressed air - electric, 250W halogen floodlight, now refined, but beefed up to become compliant with ATEX requirements for Europe, and FM requirements for the US market.
