Grenco selected Flowserve Worcester V-Flow control valves and series 44 three-piece ball valves to control the supply of CO2 refrigerant to 36 Optimar vertical plate freezers.
Using Modbus connectivity and with a simple touch-panel interface, the unit provides remote location on/off control and intermediate positioning for each actuator within the system and can also operate in valve emergency shutdown mode.
Supplying real-time actuator status through continuous cyclical polling of field units, Master Station II gives an immediate, on-demand view of network status.
A web server is built in to the unit for ease of actuator and network diagnostics.
