Wessex Metrology has added industrial strength sensing systems to its portfolio of effective engineering measurement solutions.
Frenco TPT is a leader in the manufacture and measurement of master spur and helical gears, straight-sided, involute and indicating spline gauges, and serration gauges, all backed by a fully equipped ISO17025-compliant UKAS-accredited metrology laboratory.
Frenco designs and manufactures spur and helical master gears in the range 0.3 to 6.0 module, with helix angle up to 45 degrees for use in roll-testing instruments running against production gears to ensure all gear parameters are within specification.
Serration gauges, involute and straight-sided spline gauges are supplied on reliable lead times in finest quality tool steel.
Spline gauges provide a full functional test of all features of a splined component; indicating spline gauges, concentricity gauges and workholding mandrels are also available.
