WTI Fasteners will launch a new range of inserting tools for wire thread inserts on stand M38 at the 2005 Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Exhibition.
WTI Fasteners will launch a new range of inserting tools for wire thread inserts on stand M38 at the 2005 Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Exhibition, 16th-17th February at Thorpe Park.
The new tools will allow inserts of various lengths to be installed into through holes with no adjustment to the tool.
So, for example, jobs that require an M5 x 1d and 1.5d and 2d can use the same tool with no adjustment, saving time and money.
Additional benefits include the prevention of crossthreading and prematurely breaking the tang off.
The new tools will also be available in thread repair kits.
