Fleet Support has the order to refit HMS Richmond and announced at the beginning of September that it had also been awarded a £134m pound contract by BAE Systems to overhaul, prepare and transfer three Royal Navy type 23 frigates, HMS Grafton, HMS Marlborough and HMS Norfolk, to the Chilean Navy.
