Name change signals company rebranding

An Eriks UK product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Mar 13, 2008

The combination of Wyko and Eriks' operations enables Eriks International to offer a wider range of engineering products and services.

Wyko International has changed its name to Eriks International.

The name change is part of the rebranding campaign that the company has undertaken since the GBP139 million acquisition of Wyko by Eriks in November 2006.

Eriks International consists of Eriks Export Services, Eriks Engineering Solutions, Eriks Power Transmission and Eriks Overseas Service Centres.

The combination of Wyko and Eriks' operations enables Eriks International to offer a wider range of engineering products and services, including bearings, belts, seals, chain, gearboxes and motors, valves and pumps.

Eriks International services global markets from its UK-based export operations and has recently opened new overseas Service Centres in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Nigeria.

These Service Centres stock locally a broad range of industrial consumables from manufacturers, but are also able to draw immediately upon Eriks Group's extensive stocks located throughout Europe.
