Tooling services at the double
Xpress Product Development Group has brought Xpress Tooling to the UK market.
Xpress Tooling uses advanced 3D mould design software combined with a huge capacity of dedicated state-of-the-art equipment including high speed CNC and EDM Custom premade mould bases are also employed to help XPDG offer typical project deliveries from one to four weeks

The Xpress Tooling service is complemented by the company's online prototyping quoting service called Xpress Quote.
Visitors to the XPDG website can upload 3D CAD files and automatically generate quotes and orders for a variety of prototyping processes including stereolithography (SLA), Polyjet/Objet, selective laser sintering (SLS), fused deposition modelling (FDM) and Xpress Casting (RTV).
