Hi-res display withstands shopfloor rigours

Xycom Automation introduces the new 3015 Flat Panel Industrial Monitor for plant floor operator interface applications.

The 3015 industrial monitor meets the rigorous requirements of the plant floor with a high-resolution flat panel display housed in a rugged enclosure with an optional analogue restrictive touchscreen.

A bright, 15" TFT XGA color display screen, supporting resolutions up to 1024x768 at 75 Hz refresh rate, displays complex operations with clarity.

The optional analogue resistive touchscreen provides a flexible, easy-to-use interface for operator input.

It offers both high resolution (less than 1.5% linearity error) and durability (30 million touches).

Unlike many touchscreen monitors, the Xycom Automation 3015 touchscreen does not use an expansion slot for the controller card - only a serial port is needed.

The 3015 monitor also has an impact-resistant display shield, and because of its shallow mounting depth, fits into panels where CRTs can't.

With video and touchscreen cables that measure up to 15 metres, the 3015 provides flexibility when locating your industrial monitor on the plant floor.

Many of the restrictions imposed by monitors with short cable lengths are eliminated.
