The 3515KPM features a 15in colour TFT display supporting resolutions up to 1024x768 with Intel Celeron, Pentium II or Pentium III processors.
In addition, all the modules include software built with the Xycom Board Support Package (BSP) that helps users, novice and expert alike, to configure and control the operation of the modules on the VMEbus.
"The configuration software program in the Xycom Board Support Package cuts integration time," explains Ian Law, Sales Director at Xycom Automation.
"The unique feature of the software is that we encourage users to copy it and integrate it into their applications".
The software configuration program is included with all four IP module families.
The digital modules - first available of the four families - can be used on processor boards with IP sites, on 6U carrier cards (four per card) or 3U carrier cards (two per card).
The I/O points are available in 4-18V or 38-60V and include TTL inputs.
Interrupts can be generated for change of state or level detection.
Loop-back monitoring is provided and there are bus-isolation options.
The digital modules include the XIP-2405 high-voltage digital output module, the XIP-2408 high-voltage digital input/output, the XIP-2440 isolated digital input, the XIP-2445 isolated digital output and the XIP-2470 TTL digital input/output.
