Yaskawa Electric Europe will be exhibiting new lift drive products at Interlift 2005 in Augsburg from 18th to 21st October.

Yaskawa Electric Europe (YEG) will be exhibiting new lift drive products at Interlift 2005 in Augsburg from 18th to 21st October.

In collaboration with its European partner Omron, the company will also show a new motor design for the first time anywhere.

On the stand, visitors will have the opportunity to meet YEG's experienced engineers who will be on hand to offer advice and information about YEG's products and services.

Apart from the unveiling of the new motor design, on show will be the PM 160ES and PM 160EL, which visitors will be able to experience "hands-on".

Those visitors who wish to see the Yaskawa PM machines applied in a lift shaft model can also visit the stand of YEG customer Braun-Aufzuge, which uses the motor in its "machine-room-less" lifts and is exhibiting in the same hall.

Yaskawa permanent magnet motors offer a very efficient and comfortable ride, operating silently.

The products offered to the European market so far cover the main field of rated loads from 450 to 1000kg.

The application range will be broadened to cater for higher loads and speed.
