Current tester ideal with high-frequency
harmonics
The new Model 2345 from Yokogawa is a portable digital clamp-on tester designed for measurement applications involving high-frequency components.
The new Model 2345 from Yokogawa is a portable digital clamp-on tester designed for measurement applications involving high-frequency components The new instrument is particularly suited to power electronics measurements in industrial applications, which often involve harmonics with high-frequency characteristics
The 2345 will accurately measure currents with frequency components up to 20 kHz.
Current ranges are 30 A and 300 A full scale, and a true RMS (root mean square) method of measurement is used.
A waveform monitor output is included which allows the 2345 to be used as a current-sensing device for recorders and oscilloscopes.
Also included is an amplitude output for long-term recording applications.
The LCD display incorporates a numerical digital readout plus a 32-segment bar-graph indication.
