Special purpose solutions to diverse manufacturing requirements are available from Yuasa Warwick Machinery following its appointment as the first ever UK agent for Kyoei Seiko of Japan.

The company already has manufacturing systems in the UK which have been negotiated directly with customers, notably NSK.

Kyoei Seiko offers a full range of manufacturing systems and services including project planning and management, machine build, system commissioning and maintenance.

The agency provides a natural extension to the range of engineering services already available from Yuasa, whose UK headquarters are in Warwickshire.

Main customer base is in the automotive and bearing industries, and of the many well known clients around the world, Nissan is the largest.

In addition to plant for machining components, Kyoei Seiko has developed automated assembly systems.

Elements of these are either designed and built in-house or sourced from third parties as appropriate.

They are then integrated using the company's proprietary software, with Kyoei Seiko taking overall responsibility.

Since the early 1980s, an area of particular expertise has been in automatic cold rolling and forming technology, used to maximise productivity on net shape formed components.

Systems are available to suit a wide variety of applications.

In addition, Kyoei Seiko has a strong track record in development and manufacture of gun drilling machines, forming and machining units for use on automotive transfer lines, and assembly systems for applications as diverse as television chassis and bearing manufacture.
