Zander (UK) have introduced the compact KM and KMA Series compressed air dryer ranges for capacities from 7-85 m3/h.

Zander (UK) Ltd, specialists in the treatment of compressed air and gas, have introduced the compact KM and KMA Series compressed air dryer ranges for capacities from 7-85 m3/h.

The modular construction of the range of heat-less absorption dryers makes them exceptionally compact and ideal for applications where space is at a premium.

All models come complete with directly mounted pre and after filters for easy installation and enhanced performance.

They also feature Zander's Variotronic control as standard, to enable users to adjust the dryers to match exactly the conditions of a plant installation anywhere in the world.

An optional link to the compressor stop/start control is also available for greater economy.

Other common features of the KM and KMA ranges include Zander's Vibrofil desiccant filling system that maintains the correct desiccant density, a specially designed distribution plate for maximum airflow through the desiccant, and a leak-free changeover valve.

KMA dryers are designed for applications such as food and drink, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics and medical, where the highest quality compressed air is required.

The KMA adds 'Activated Carbon Purification' to the KM specification.

First a Zander X-Grade micro-filter removes dirt, condensed water and oil.

The KM dryer then removes water vapour.

And an AKM oil vapour absorber removes oil to a level of 0.003 mg/m3.

Finally, a Z-Grade filter removes any dust.

This combination produces the excellent compressed air quality required for many of today's modern manufacturing processes.

Seven models are available in both the KM and KMA ranges with capacities of 7, 14, 21, 35, 51, 68 and 85 m3/h.
