Overhung load adapters provide motor support

A Zero-Max product story

Zero-Max OHLA overhung load adapters provide load support to prevent bearing wear to motors and pumps.

Zero-Max OHLA overhung load adapters provide load support to prevent bearing wear to motors and pumps.

They are featured in a new brochure, which contains expanded lubrication information for the full range of 10 OHLA sizes.

Designed to eliminate premature hydraulic motor or pump bearing failure due to overhung axial and radial loads on motors or pump shafts, OHLAs provide a solid, permanent mounting surface while sealing out dirt and contamination in harsh environments.

The new brochure describes and pictures the OHLA product line from the smallest model 200 SAE A mount to the largest model 1500 SAE F mount.

The brochure includes photos of typical applications from diesel engine power take off applications to heavy duty timber processing, construction, forestry and recycling equipment.

Easy to follow sizing and selecting information incorporates illustrations and charts to help match up the correct model and size OHLA for a particular overhung load application.

Models are available with SAE A, B, C, D, E and F mounts with two- or four-bolt flanges.

Models are featured with splined, threaded, double-male, and tapered input or output shafts, as well as special lubrication fittings and vents.

Standard models are available from stock.

Specials are offered with short lead times for most applications.
