ServoClass Couplings are suitable for handling high-speed reversing loads and precise positioning requirements in today's demanding medical servomotor applications.
Medical systems such as scanners, DNA analysers and X-ray equipment requiring consistent, precision linear positioning benefit from the next generation of ServoClass couplings from Zero-Max.
These new ServoClass Couplings have even higher torsional stiffness than previous models.
They are the ideal coupling for handling high-speed reversing loads and precise positioning requirements in today's demanding medical servomotor applications.
Manufactured of ROHS-compliant materials, the ServoClass Couplings are designed with 304 stainless steel disc packs and 7075-T6 aluminium hubs and centre members.
All models and sizes feature clamp style hubs with corrosion-resistant socket head cap screws.
This design provides high torsional stiffness to avoid system resonance in servo systems.
Standard off the shelf ServoClass Couplings will perform at speeds up to 10,000rev/min.
The product line consists of eight sizes with torque ratings up to 60Nm.
System designers can select from combinations of both inch and metric bores that are available off the shelf.
Zero-Max ServoClass Couplings have an elegant, yet robust design that performs reliably in 24/7 servomotor applications.
They are a better choice when the application cycle becomes faster.
The wind up in beam couplings and the fragile nature of bellows couplings can become serious problems.
For these reasons, Zero-Max ServoClass couplings are ideal for a wide range of medical, lab automation and medical equipment manufacturing applications using servomotors.
