Bushings ease quick positioning jobs

A Zero-Max product story

ETP-Octopus bushings can be set up for fast and frequent locking/unlocking of linear slides or similar motion devices from a remote switching location.

ETP-Octopus hydraulic shaft locking bushings are ideal for simultaneous, quick locking and accurate positioning of sliding shafts and components in automated systems such as machine tools, extruders and packaging systems.

By providing uniform and repeatable locking pressure, the ETP-Octopus bushings can be set up for fast and frequent locking/unlocking of linear slides or similar motion devices at one position or series of positions from a remote switching location.

Ruggedly designed for long operation, these ETP-Octopus bushings are available with either aluma-bronze or steel sleeve bores for smooth, long-life operation.

The hydraulic locking design and positioning flexibility suit applications where torque transmission with no axial movement of the shaft mounted components is required.

The C model is available with bores from 30 to 100mm, while the O and F models have bores from 10 to 100mm.
